Over the past 2 years, we engaged JSD to conduct a Building Envelope Condition Assessment and a Depreciation Report/ Contingency Reserve Fund Study as well as to manage a major Building Envelope Remediation project. Our Co-op obtained the services of JSD for roof deck remedial work about 2 years ago. Sam was fantastic in helping us obtain the funds from the National Action Plan that was made available for retro-fit and repair work for co-ops.
