3-storey wood-frame single family dwelling (House). Provided building envelope services on this new construction project. The Work included the installation of a rain-screen wall system with thermally broken windows, installation of new SBS roof membrane at roof decks and new sloped asphalt shingle roof. The work also included the waterproofing treatment of the entire basement level to resist hydrostatic water pressure build-up as this house had a waterfront exposure.
